The website is owned and offered by Good Riddance to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms of Use"). This is an Australian website. Access and use of the website is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. The website has been designed to provide general information about Good Riddance and its business and to offer the opportunity to purchase Good Riddance products & receive regular newsletters and updates on Good Riddance products. The information provided at the website is not intended to provide medical advice. Users of the website should be aware that no regulatory agency has deemed the products described herein to be effective or intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If there is any inconsistency between information provided on the website and any information provided with a Good Riddance product, the latter should be taken as most correct.

Privacy & Security

When you create an account with Good Riddance, purchase a product from us as a guest or visit the website, we will collect your personal information in order to provide you with any products you purchase, bill you for your purchases and administer and maintain your account (as applicable). We also collect your details in order to send you information about our products and services and for the other purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. We may collect personal information directly from you, and sometimes from third-party sources or automatically as you browse the website.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to purchase products, open or hold an account with us or take advantage of the features we offer.

Good Riddance may disclose your personal information to third party intermediaries, service providers, related bodies corporate, and other parties to the extent necessary in order to provide you with the products you purchase, administer your account and for any other purposes set out in our Privacy Policy or this Agreement. Such disclosure may include disclosure to third party intermediaries, service providers and other parties located outside Australia.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, the consequences for you if we do not collect this information, and how you can access and correct your personal information or complain about a breach of privacy law.

You acknowledge that the terms of Good Riddance's Privacy Policy will apply to your use of the website and you agree to comply with its terms. You consent to Good Riddance's collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement for the purposes of the provision of the website and any products you purchase, the administration and maintenance of your account, any other purposes referred to in the Privacy Policy or this Agreement and any other related purposes. You acknowledge that such disclosure includes disclosure to the overseas recipients referred to above and that by giving consent to the disclosure of your personal information to the overseas recipients, Good Riddance will not have an obligation under Australian privacy law to take reasonable steps to ensure that these overseas recipients do not breach Australian privacy law in relation to that information. However, Good Riddance will take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients only use and disclose such information in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Subject to the provision of full payment and compliance with this Agreement, we will supply the products shown on your order confirmation.

We endeavor to dispatch shipments within two working days of your order payment settlement. Once a shipment has been made, you will be notified via the email address supplied at the time of ordering. The shipment notification will also include any tracking information when available.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery. However, many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met. We reserve the right to amend our stated timeframes without notice to you.

Returns & Replacements

In accordance to Australian Consumer Law, Good Riddance will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged, or have caused a skin reaction. For instructions on how to return such products, please read “Returns of Opened Product” below.

Return / Exchange Policy for Un-Opened and Intact Product

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened and intact Good Riddance product(s) can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
  • Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

Return of Products Purchased on Promotion or as Part of a Gift Pack

If the products you wish to return were purchased at a promotional or special offer price, the credit refund will be no more than the price paid for the products at the time of purchase. All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition within 7 days from the receipt of your order. No refunds or replacements will be given if the carton has been opened and the product has been used, damaged or tampered with. In the case of gift packs or product kits, the entire pack must be returned intact. Individual products will not be refunded.

Returns of Opened Product

Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective, or has caused a skin reaction.
If you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture, smell), or if you experience a skin reaction, you may request an exchange of opened product.
In order to arrange the return for a faulty or defective product, please contact the place of purchase or by emailing sales@goodriddance.com.au. Include in your email your name, order number or place of purchase and name of product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty.

Ordering

Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders

Good Riddance will endeavor to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, either log in to your account and update your order, or email sales@goodriddance.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If your order has already been completed, that means that it has already been dispatched, so unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Incorrect Orders

If you have received your order from Good Riddance and it is incorrect, please email sales@goodriddance.com.au and include your order number, so that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you and/or the incorrect products returned.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Full payment of your order must be received before your order can be dispatched. We accept payments via bank deposit, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) & Paypal. Credit Card payments are processed by Commonwealth Bank of Australia. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars. If you are ordering internationally (outside Australia) you may incur foreign currency charges from your own bank. Good Riddance cannot control any fees incurred from your bank, you will need to contact your bank for further information. Good Riddance currently does not add any extra fees for Credit Card payments or PayPal payments.

Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices can be updated to adjust for different sales, limited pricing, and other discounting. Therefore, prices on the product detail page and in your cart may change after such updates to reflect the current prices. Placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at that time, and prices are reserved only by placing an order.

Where offered by Good Riddance, a discount/coupon code may only be redeemed as per the instructions and conditions as supplied with the discount offer or coupon code.

Viewing Orders

By creating an account with Good Riddance website, you can log in to check the status of your current order, view previous orders and update your account details.
If you have placed an order through the website as a guest, you can check the status of your order online by clicking here and completing the form. You can also enquire on the status of your order via email sales@goodriddance.com.au and you should expect a reply within two business days.

Updating Account Information

Please ensure that your account details are current when placing an order. Your account details can be updated at any time by logging into your account via the website.
